The 9JGW series of stationary horizontal mixers is specially designed for centralized feed preparation on farms. The equipment is installed permanently on the floor, designed for long-term continuous operation in specialized feed mixing areas and consistently meets the needs of livestock farms of any size in the preparation of complete feed mixtures. The device is equipped with a classic forced mixing system with two horizontal shafts. The two main shafts rotate synchronously in opposite directions. Thanks to specially designed augers and blades, the equipment effectively chops, loosens and mixes silage, hay, straw, concentrated feed and various nutritional supplements. The blades are made of high-quality high-manganese steel with a wear-resistant coating, are resistant to impact loads and abrasion, and are suitable for long-term intensive work with silage. Some blades can be reinstalled, extending blade life and allowing farmers to reduce parts replacement costs.
The mixer’s body is made from thickened sheets of Q345B manganine steel, ensuring a robust and durable structure. The inner surface is specially treated to prevent feed from sticking and to resist corrosion, making daily cleaning easier and protecting the equipment from the acidic and alkaline substances found in feed. The main transmission component is equipped with a powerful gear reducer, which provides high torque, stable operation with low noise levels, and minimal breakdowns. The device is easy to maintain, which significantly reduces operating costs. It also features a high-precision weighing system that ensures accurate dosing of feed ingredients. The intelligent control panel allows the operator to pre-set the mixing time and operating modes in advance. A single employee can handle the entire technological process, from loading the feed to mixing and discharging it, thus simplifying the feeding procedure and improving overall efficiency.
The hydraulic discharge system ensures rapid delivery of the prepared feed. Minimally residual feed inside the equipment reduces feed losses and increases efficiency. The range of models includes units with capacities ranging from 3 to 48 cubic meters. The discharge height can be adjusted to suit the specific requirements of the site and the transport equipment being used.
