Technological breakthrough, innovation leadership   We put innovation at the center of our efforts by introducing a new energy-powered self-propelled mixer, filling a gap in the domestic market."One machine replaces four" - thanks to it, one person can carry out the entire work cycle from raw material collection and mixing to feeding, increasing efficiency by more than 50%.We also updated the intelligent "quadruple kit" (comprehensive feeding equipment, feed distribution robot, etc.), which, in trials on a 12,000-head farm, resulted in a 70% cost reduction and a 12-16-person workforce reduction.By the end of the year, IMETEC had received 108 national patents, participated in the development of 8 industry and 4 associative standards, and received 16 international certificates confirming its high technological potential.  ## Market expansion, from a national benchmark to a global presence   In the domestic market, we have deepened strategic cooperation with leading dairy groups such as Yili, Mengniu, and Junlebao, adding over 50 new large farms to our partner list.We have developed customized solutions to adapt intelligent equipment to extreme conditions (blood, heat) and covered key livestock farming areas in more than 20 provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities directly under the central government, including Ningxia, Xinjiang, Inner Mongolia, and Shandong.At the 2025 China Dairy Conference, the **IMETEC** exhibition, featuring integrated intelligent equipment under the theme of "green, low-carbon, intelligent autonomy", became the highlight, attracting more than 1,000 farm owners.More than 20 preliminary cooperation agreements were reached on site, and customers noted: “IMETEC’s intelligent equipment is a real solution to the problems of staff shortages and high costs.”A milestone in international progress was achieved: key products—an intelligent integrated automatic feeding machine (self-propelled) and a feed distribution robot—were successfully introduced in the Alnashsky District of the Udmurt Republic and St. Petersburg, Russia, completing trial operations on large farms in three key agricultural regions.The equipment is adapted to low temperatures (-35°C) and, thanks to localized technical improvements, meets the high-volume feeding requirements of Russian farms.Local dealers noted: “The durability and intellectual level of Chinese equipment exceeded expectations.”On this basis, IMETEC has signed framework cooperation agreements with 5 leading Russian agricultural equipment dealers and plans to establish 5 regional service centers within three years, providing comprehensive localized service (pre-sales consultations, installation during sales and after-sales service).The export geography has also expanded: in addition to existing markets (Russia, Brazil, Saudi Arabia, Belarus), IMETEC equipment has begun to be supplied to Argentina, Kazakhstan and Spain, covering a total of more than 20 countries.The company has received international CE (EU) and EAC (Russia) certificates, breaking the monopoly of European and American companies in the market for high-quality livestock equipment and strengthening its position as a “Chinese-made” company in the global market.  ## Improving service, supporting efficient production throughout the entire process   Adhering to the concept of "product + service," we introduced a three-year warranty on the entire machine and an intelligent platform for automatic maintenance reminders, reducing customer maintenance costs by 30%.To ease the financial burden on farms, we offered flexible financing solutions (interest-free payment installments, no-fee start-up fees), as well as partnership models such as free testing and equipment rental, enabling more farms to easily implement smart technologies.IMETEC's service network has expanded internationally: a dedicated team has been created to provide 24/7 technical support, and delivery times for international orders have been reduced to 30 days."China speed" and "China service" have won the recognition of customers around the world.  ##
