The Imetec heavy-duty dump spreader (models 9PS/9SLQ) is a high-performance piece of equipment specifically designed for large livestock farms with a capacity of over 10,000 head of cattle, designed for spreading bedding and distributing feed. Its large capacity, high power, and increased reliability make it a key tool for reducing costs and increasing efficiency on large farms.

The series is equipped with high-quality heavy-duty truck chassis from brands such as Sinotruk, Shacman, Foton, and others, featuring 6x4 or 8x4 drivetrains and Euro-6 diesel engines producing 350–460 hp, providing sufficient traction when fully loaded and adapted to muddy, sloped, and challenging farm road conditions. The body volume ranges from 20 to 36 cubic meters, allowing it to handle the feed and bedding needs of thousands of head of cattle in a single trip.

The machine features a reinforced, wear-resistant design: the body is made of 3.75 mm thick steel plate, and the underbody is reinforced with 5 mm high-strength manganese steel, ensuring impact resistance and a long service life. The entire machine is equipped with a hydraulic drive and intelligent controls, allowing single- or double-sided discharge to be switched at the touch of a button in the cab, with adjustable speed and spreading width. An electronic weighing system with an accuracy of less than ±2% for precise feed dosing can be equipped.

Suitable for spreading cow bedding—sand, rice husks, fermented manure—as well as delivering complete TMR mixtures and applying organic fertilizers. Operated by a single operator, it significantly reduces labor costs: one dump truck replaces 20–30 workers, significantly increasing the productivity of large livestock farms.
