Self-unloading residue collection machine
The food residue collection vehicle is mainly used to collect various food residues on the feeding channel.
The self-unloading residue collector has the following features:
Fast unloading, materials can be unloaded immediately after collection.
Cost-saving, this machine can collect all materials together and reuse them a second time, saving costs for farms.
Labor-saving, one driver can operate this machine.
Product Overview:
The self-propelled residue collector is mainly used in the feeding channel to collect and precisely control various residues of grass and materials. This machine forms a closed-loop processing cycle of feed-material-feeding-residue collection.
Operational characteristics
1. Through closed-loop collection of residual materials, mixing, scattering, collection, and reuse of materials are achieved, and the amount of residual materials is fully controlled to achieve the goal of cost savings and efficiency improvement.
2. Fully hydraulic control system, scraper or belt loading, and cleaning roller brush can thoroughly collect all residues into the material box while cleaning the floor, especially the hygienic cleaning of the L-shaped part of the feeding channel, effectively reducing the risk of feed contamination, and precisely controlling the amount of residues within 3-5%.
3. Custom chassis with two-wheel or all-wheel drive walking mode, special hydraulic clutchless speed change system.
4. The machine uses Q345B manganese steel plate, which enhances the strength and corrosion resistance of the equipment, and employs laser cutting and CNC bending to ensure uniformity and standardization of all parts.
5. The machine is designed with a weighing system, so all residual materials are linked to the feeding software, keeping the amount of residual materials controlled within a range of 3%-5%.
6. Thanks to the built-in reverse or built-in visualization system, all driving conditions and materials in the vehicle can be observed in real time.
