Performance characteristics

1. Through closed-cycle residual material collection, materials are mixed, dispersed, collected and reused, and the amount of residual materials is fully controlled to achieve the goal of cost saving and efficiency improvement.

2. Full hydraulic control system, scraper or belt loading and cleaning roller brush can carefully collect all the residues into the material box and clean the floor at the same time, especially hygienic cleaning of the L-shaped part of the feed channel, effectively reducing the risk of feed contamination, and accurately controlling the amount of residues within 3-5%.

3. Homemade chassis with two-wheel or all-wheel drive walking mode, special hydraulic gear shift system without clutch.

4. The machine adopts Q345B manganese plate, which improves the strength and corrosion resistance of the equipment, and adopts CNC laser cutting and bending to ensure the uniformity and standardization of all parts.

5. The machine is designed with a weighing system, so that all residual materials are linked to the feeding software, so that the amount of residual materials is controlled in the range of 3%-5%.

6. With built-in reverse or built-in visualization system, all driving conditions and materials in the vehicle can be observed in real time.
